We have immediate openings for
French/English speaking Customer Service Representatives.
Candidates need to be dependable, be able to do
multiple tasks, and handle stressful situations.
Must have excellent problem solving skills and
a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. Candidates
will be responsible for answering inbound calls
and assisting customers with all types of requests
and problems. Good phone and personal skills are
required. This is an Entry-Level position. TCH
Customer Service is open 24 hours a day, 7 days
a week. There are several positions available
including Day, Swing, Night, and Weekend.
