Can’t Click on Desktop Integration Box
When this occurs:
         This occurs after downloading E-manager for the first time. The first time the e-manager login box comes up, a desktop integration will come up also. It will ask if you would like to have TCH e-manager integrated on to your desktop, but it won’t let you click on anything.

Why this occurs:
         This usually happens in computers with Windows NT and Windows 98.

The solution:
         To get past this, first, click on the login box and log in to E-manager. After you are logged in, go back to the desktop integration box and click on Yes. To get back to the desktop integration box, you might need to click Alt and Tab on your keyboard. If it says that an icon already exists, click ‘Yes’ to replace the icon.
