| E-manager disappears when loading |
When this occurs:
This happens when downloading E-manager and can also happen when launching Java Web Start.
Why this occurs:
Windows updates are interfering with the launching process. Another reason for this happening is the color quality on the computer needs to be at least 32 (bit).
The solution:
A System Administrator needs to check the Windows updates on the computer. To increase the color quality on the computer, right click on the desktop and go to properties. Select the “Settings” tab. Change the “Color Quality” to at least 32 (bit). Restart the computer and load E-manager again.
