Please follow each part of the following two step process below to download and install E-Manager.
Before you begin, please PRINT this page now for reference (print landscape for best view)

If you get any errors, or have any problems during the download, please visit our Troubleshooting  page. In addition, you may send an email to tch.techsupport@tch.com.

STEP 1: INSTALL JAVA RUNTIME

  1. Download the JRE by clicking here. Be sure to remember where you place the downloaded file.

  2. Execute the "j2re.exe” file that you downloaded (NOTE: it may appear as simply "j2re”).

  3. A license agreement will come up at this time. Select "ACCEPT" if you agree.

  4. You will be asked to select a setup type. In most cases, select “Typical”.

  5. Java Runtime will go through the installation process. Select “Finish” to complete the installation.

* After finishing STEP 1, Please come back to this Web site to complete STEP 2 in your E-Manager installation process.

STEP 2: DOWNLOAD E-MANAGER

  1. Click E-Manager now, you will be taken to a TCH E-Manager Conditions of Use page.

  2. If you ACCEPT the agreement, the download of E-Manager will begin

  3. When the transfer is complete, you will be asked if you want to allow E-Manager to have unrestricted access to your computer, click on "Start".

  4. E-Manager is now installed on your computer presenting you with a login box.

  5. A dialog box will display, asking if you would like to create an E-Manager icon on your desktop, click "Yes".

  6. If you already have a User ID and password, you can enter them into the Login box after starting program.

  7. If you have not received an email containing User ID and password information, please now and we will contact you by email with login information.

  8. Once logged in, you will be able to create and set up your users and groups for regular login.

Please call TCH's Account Management Division for further assistance. Account Management can be reached Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (MST) at 1-888-824-7378. Once recording comes on, press 4 to transfer and then press 2553 for Account Management's extension.
