Please follow each part of the following two
step process below to download and install E-Manager.
Before you begin, please PRINT this page now for
reference (print landscape for best view)
If you get any errors, or have any problems during

STEP 1:
INSTALL JAVA RUNTIME
- Download the JRE by clicking here. Be sure to remember where you place the downloaded file.
- Execute the "j2re.exe” file that you downloaded (NOTE: it may appear as simply "j2re”).
- A license agreement will come up at this time. Select
"ACCEPT" if you agree.
- You will be asked to select a setup type. In most
cases, select “Typical”.
- Java Runtime will go through the installation process.
Select “Finish” to complete the installation.
* After finishing STEP 1, Please
come back to this Web site to complete STEP 2
in your E-Manager installation process.
STEP 2: DOWNLOAD E-MANAGER
- Click
E-Manager now, you will be taken to a TCH E-Manager
Conditions of Use page.
- If you ACCEPT the agreement, the download of E-Manager will begin
- When the transfer is complete,
you will be asked if you want to allow E-Manager to
have unrestricted access to your computer, click on
"Start".
- E-Manager is now installed on your computer
presenting you with a login box.
- A dialog box will display, asking if you would
like to create an E-Manager icon on your desktop, click
"Yes".
- If you already have
a User ID and password, you can enter them into
the Login box after starting program.
- If you have not
received an email containing User ID and password
information, please
 now
and we will contact you by email with login information.
- Once logged in, you
will be able to create and set up your users and
groups for regular login.

Once recording comes on, press 4 to transfer and then
press 2553 for Account Management's extension.
