How do I get started with E-Manager?

If you have not already signed up with E-Manager, please click
now. You will be
required to have your TCH Carrier ID and Password. If you do not have these, you will need to
contact the person(s) within your company that is authorized to handle your TCH account.

Does E-Manager work with all web browsers?

E-Manager works with the most recent versions of all web browsers. If you experience
consistent download problems, please check to be sure you are using the most current version
of your chosen browser.

Yes, E-Manager works with all Internet Service Providers.

Can more than one person be logged in under my company at a time?

Yes, there is no limit to the number of persons that can be logged in under your
company.

I have more than one Carrier ID, can I have an E-Manager session open for each Carrier ID at
the same time?

Yes, if you have more than one Carrier ID, you can have multiple E-Manager sessions running
at the same time.

Can I use E-Manager at home?

Yes, you will just need to download and install E-Manager on your home P.C. Your User ID
and Password will be same.

What do I do if I get locked out of E-Manager due to "Maximum Logins Exceeded"?

You will need to contact the person (s) within your company that is authorized to handle your
TCH account to reset your user information. If you are the authorized person, you will need to
contact TCH's Account Management at 1-888-824-7378 ext. 2553. You will need to have your
company's identifying security information.

How fast will E-Manager be on my computer?
|

This depends on your connection speed. The faster your connection is, the faster E-Manager
will run.

Can I make payments on my account through E-Manager?
|
|
Currently, you cannot make payments on your account through E-Manager. TCH is considering
this option, and it may be available in the future.

What if there is a report that I want and it isn't included in E-Manager?
