When this occurs:
This occurs when bring up E-manager
Why this occurs:
Java cannot establish a connection.
The solution:
First, Click on the Java Web
Start icon on the desktop. Click on ‘File,’ then ‘Preferences.’ You should be on the ‘General’
tab. Under ‘Proxies’ place the bullet next to ‘None,’ then click OK. Then try and bring up
E-manager again.
Second, if that does not fix the
problem, it might be beneficial to uninstall Java and reinstall it again. To do this, go to the
Control panel, then add/remove programs. Look for Java 2 Runtime Environment and remove it.
Then go to the TCH website at http://www.tch.com/emanager/download.html
and start with step number 1.
