| E-Manager Freezes or Locks Up |
When this occurs:
This occurs while using E-Manager.
Why this occurs:
This occurs because the computer has low
Random Access Memory(RAM). The TCH E-manager minimum requirement for RAM is 256 megabytes(MB).
The solution:
First, close E-manager. You might
need to do this by pressing ‘Ctrl,’ ‘Alt,’ ‘Delete’ and ending the program through the task
manager. Now bring E-manager back up and login.
Second, this could be because of not
being able to click on the desktop integration option. Please see “Can’t Click on Desktop Integration
Box” for instructions on fixing that
Third, verify the amount of RAM your computer
contains. To do this: 1) 'right-click' on the "My Computer" icon on your desktop. 2) Choose properties.
3) Under the "General" tab, find the last entry in the window. Example: 32,078 KB Ram, which is 32 MB,
not enough RAM.
Forth, you will need to purchase more
memory and install it into your computer, reaching or surpassing the 256 MB requirement. This will
improve the overall performance of your computer.
