Mime Error
When this occurs:
         This occurs during the initial E-Manager download.

Why this occurs:
         This will occur if Java Web-Start did not install correctly.

The solution:
         Open "My Computer" on your desktop. On the header, go to "view" and then to "options." Next, single click on the "File Types" tab. From the file types listed, find the "JNLP File," and highlight it by single clicking on it. The "opens with" should equal "JAVAWS."

         If the JNLP file does not open with JAVAWS, you will need to contact your system administrator to allow the JNLP file to open with JAVAWS. Your system administrator will need to locate the "javaws.exe" file on your computer.
