New E-Manager Updates are not downloading
When this occurs:
         This occurs when a user logs into E-Manager, sees the message that changes have been made, and these detailed changes do not appear on the user's version of E-Manager.

Why this occurs:
         This occurs because the Java Web Start is reading the saved, outdated E-Manager files and is not updating the newer version.

The solution:
         On your web browser, click on the "Tools" tab on the header. Under "Tools," go to "Internet Options." Find the "General" tab which will have a section that shows: "Temporary Internet Files." Click on "Delete Files" and make sure to checkmark the "Delete all offline content" box. Click on "okay" and then on the "refresh" icon to refresh the web page. Close the browser and once again try to log into E-Manager. It should then automatically download the newest version.
