Why this occurs:
         This occurs because the resolution on your computer is set too low. The minimum resolution requirement is 800 x 600 pixels.

The solution:
         To raise the resolution on your computer, go to the 'Start' button for Windows. (In the bottom left hand corner of your monitor) Go to 'Settings, and then click on 'Control Panel'. Now, click on the 'Display' icon. Click on the 'Settings' tab. Under 'Desktop Area', raise the pixels to at least 800x600.

         If your system will not allow you to raise the pixels, you will need to contact your system administrator. (You may have to update your Windows Operating System or Video Driver as required.)
