Getting errors when importing file into my software...
When this occurs: This occurs when the wrong file type is being imported. It is also a
possibly that the file format has been changed.
The solution: Contact the Software company for the correct file format. If this is the format
you have been previously using, contact TCH to see if the file format has changed.
How do I export into a Spreadsheet?

The solution:
First, Download the Comma
Delimited file format.
Second, Bring up the spreadsheet
software.( ie Excel)
Third, open up the saved file.
If you do not see the file, you may need to click the option for ‘All Files.’
Fourth, a “Text Import Wizard”
should come up. On Step 1, make sure Delimited is checked; Click Next; On Step 2 check mark
the ‘Comma’ box; Click Next. On Step 3, look at the Data Preview, the third column is the
card number. Click on this and choose text for the format. Now click Finish.
Can’t click on Downloaded Selected Files...
When this occurs: This occurs after selecting the dates for the export.
The solution: Go down to the file format where the file is saved. (Make sure you know
where the file is saved) Click on Clear, then click on Browse and save the file again.
