Reports showing Unknown locations on fuel purchases
When this occurs:
This occurs when pulling various transaction reports.

Why this occurs:
New TCH locations are not being allowed to update with E-Manager location updates. This happens most often with E-Manager running on Windows NT systems.

The solution:
First, A folder called DMemanager needs to be deleted. The quickest way to do this is to search for the folder. Hit the windows start button and ‘find’ or ‘search’ for ‘files or folders.’ Searching for a file or folder named ‘emanager’ is sufficient and make certain that the search takes place on the complete local drive (usually C:) and not any specific folders (i.e. ‘c:\my documents’ probably won’t return any results). When the folder titled DMemanager is retrieved simply highlight it and delete it.

Second, Re-Download the TCH E-manager program. To do this press the Download link on the left side of this screen and do Step 3, which is to download the TCH Emanager. This should put a fresh version of the E-Manager on your system, resetting the locations.
