- Convenient Payments: Pay your payroll when it's convenient for you.
- Simplify Your Workload: Simplify the administrative burden by compiling and sending just one file to TCH. TCH will prepare the disbursements for each individual driver.
- Lower Overall TCH Transaction Fees: Because payroll loads count as transactions, participating in TCH Payroll may increase your transaction volume. This will move you to the next price level for card transactions.

- Get Paid on the Road: Automatic payroll deposits into a personal bank account gives you access to your pay even while on the road.
- TCH Pays Your Bills: Choose to have TCH make other disbursements to the accounts you owe a balance. This allows you to pay your bills without concern and the remainder goes to your personal bank account.
- Get a PDCA MasterCard®: The Frequent Fueler MoneyCard is a MasterCard with PDCA benefits. Have your payroll deposited to your MoneyCard for instant access everywhere.

| MoneyCard MasterCard

TCH Payroll can easily be distributed to a driver's Frequent Fueler MoneyCard MasterCard. This card is universally accepted everywhere MasterCard is honored and gives a driver instant access to his funds. Frequent Fueler points are earned for every purchase made with the card, everywhere; and PDCA benefits are automatically calculated. It allows for many added benefits including the convenience of checks and joint cards.
- No Transaction fees
- No minimum balance
- Cash access through ATMs
- Phone card capabilities (only 7.9 cents per minute)
- Dial-in access for account balance and transaction clearings

| Payroll File and Payment
|
|
Carriers can distribute payroll in a very timely manner.
- Send file with driver identification numbers and net pay to TCH one day before distribution.
- Send payment so TCH receives it the day before distribution.
- send a wire the day before distribution
- send an ACH credit 2 days before distribution
- overnight a certified check two days before distribution
- Carrier will receive an Account Activity Report from TCH for approval on the distribution day.

| Fees
|
|
Payroll fees are based on transaction volume. Each payroll load counts as a transaction and can reduce all transaction fees.
|
| How to Sign Up
|
|
To sign up for the TCH Payroll Program, the Carrier must fill out the TCH Agreement for Payroll Services. Then the Carrier should have all Drivers complete the Driver Information Form and TAB Application (if applicable). The Carrier will then attach the TAB Application to the Driver Information Forms and mail to TCH along with the TCH Agreement.

| Amendments
|
|
The Carrier may want to make amendments their Account Activity Report on distribution day. To do this they will have to contact their Account Manager before noon on distribution day.
