What is PDCA? |
 |
PDCA is the most powerful driver association in the country. An association that has been organized to truly benefit the carrier or driver by providing savings on day to day necessities that no other association can provide.

How does a member save money? |
|
Meet the minimum purchase amounts listed below and PDCA will start crediting a percentage of each purchase into your TCH account each month. The more you purchase, the higher your rebate. All rebates will be credited back to your TCH account after calculations have been made at the end of each month.
Minimum Requirements:
- One-cent rebate credit into your TCH account for every gallon of Flying J diesel fuel purchased on a single card over the 1,350 gallon-per-month minimum. (2,500-gallon maximum diesel fuel purchased per month. One truck per card.)
- Five percent (5%) rebate into your TCH account for every dollar over the combined $100 per month minimum spent on one card in Flying J C-Stores and company owned restaurants. (Flying J C-Stores, Thad's, Cookery, Country Market, Pepperoni's, Magic Dragon, J-Subs and all other company operated food restaurants).
- All fuel, food and C-Store items must be purchased at a Flying J owned and operated facility.
* If you are not authorizing your drivers other purchases, such as restaurant or C-Store on your TCH card, they can pick up an application for the PDCA Frequent Fueler MasterCard Money Card at any of our Flying J owned and operated facilities. Then they can receive the rebates for the restaurant and C-Store purchases.

How do I join PDCA? |
|
Joining PDCA is as simple as falling off a log.
If you already have a TCH Fuel Card account, just fill out the application found at left menu of this website and fax it to your account manager at (801) 624-2694.
New TCH cards containing the PDCA logo will be reissued for your fleet.
