VOICE SETTLEMENT PROCEDURES

  •  Call the 24-hour TCH Customer Service toll-free line 1-888-TCH-SERV (1-888-824-7378)
  • The interactive system will prompt you to press [1] for card or check authorization or for settlement, then press [2] and then [4] to settle.
  • You will need to know your Location ID, Location Password and the Check Number. The check number is located in the upper right hand corner of the TCH check.
  • Write the check amount and AUTHORIZATION CODE on the check.
  • The automated system will give this information to you)
  •  NOTE: A settlement requires a settlement authorization code. The transaction authorization code CANNOT be used for settlement, and without a valid TCH SETTLEMENT AUTHORIZATION CODE, the check cannot be approved for payment to your location by TCH.
  • Verify that all of your information on the check is correct and matches the information given by the automated system or your check cannot be paid.

 

  CHECKS

  • To reorder TCH Checks at no charge call 1-888-TCH-SERV (1-888-824-7378) and press [0] for customer service.

 

  INVOICES

  •  If invoice questions arise, TCH will accept any signed invoice furnished by your location. The only requirement is that it MUST have an invoice number for reference
