VOICE SETTLEMENT PROCEDURES

Call the 24-hour TCH Customer Service toll-free line 1-888-TCH-SERV (1-888-824-7378)

The interactive system will prompt you to press [1] for card or check authorization or for settlement, then press [2] and then [4] to settle.

You will need to know your Location ID, Location Password and the Check Number. The check number is located in the upper right hand corner of the TCH check.

Write the check amount and AUTHORIZATION CODE on the check.

NOTE: A settlement requires a settlement authorization code. The transaction authorization code CANNOT be used for settlement, and without a valid TCH SETTLEMENT AUTHORIZATION CODE, the check cannot be approved for payment to your location by TCH.

Verify that all of your information on the check is correct and matches the information given by the automated system or your check cannot be paid.
