September 1, 2010 - TCH will be changing to percentage-based Merchant fees effective October 1, 2010. Each merchant will be sent a notice by mail which includes fees based on its volume and method of transaction. October 1, 2009 - Due to increased operational costs, effective October 1, 2009, all TCH authorized locations will be charged an additional point of sale fee according to the following fee schedule.
